Console Playstation 3 - the best Playstation still

May 16, 2005, Sony's Playstation 3 was unveiled to the public. Games everywhere rejoiced at the best Playstation console ever. Despite the steep price tag on November 17, 2006, the official date of output to the United States units sold within 24 hours and were the hot item on EBay for Christmas.

Sony Playstation 3 has many great features to meet the desires and needs a hard core gamer. One of the new innovations was built to the hard disk. It took the console to an entirely new level with no need for memory cards and a computer as a feature. Sony has also added Ethernet, USB, port connections, and in some models Bluetooth capabilities. These features all contribute to a console game much in agreement is not only great at first but also has a potential which has not yet been tapped. Even critics who complain of a lack of compelling games titles will agree that the Playstation 3 has enormous potential.

Personally, as a parent, I think that one of the greatest aspects of the Playstation 3 is the ability of the player to download and play the game of demos. Once we could buy a disc with several demos on her, but then you were stuck with a useless disk and exit several dollars in the process, with the new feature, once you've played the demo and decide if you want to buy the game you can then delete it and not be out of a hundred red.

PlayStation 3 comes in a variety of hard disk sizes each with its advantages and disadvantages let's look at the different sizes and their features:

-gigabyte 20 - this is one of the sizes originally came out, it is no longer available at retail. 20 Has 4 USB ports and backwards compatibility with Playstation 2. The unit is no longer in production.
-gigabyte 40 - this unit came in a variety of colors. piano black, white, ceramic, bronze silver grey and satin. In this model, they trimmed the ports USB wifi 2 but added and lost with PS2 compatibility.
-gigabyte 60 - probably the cream of the cream as this unit was everything. 4 USB, WiFi, card readers flash, SACD for superior audio and PS2 compatibility. As with 20, this unit is also no longer in production. If you find one you probably pay a price for it, however if you are a fanatic of Playstation and have many games PS2 is probably the unit for you.
-80 gigabyte - there is some confusion on this model that early release had all the same capacity of 60 but later releases are resized in return. If you find an 80 gig with 4 USB ports, it will have all the features of large listed above 60. However, if it has only 2 USB ports you lose the WiFi, SADC and backward compatibility.
-gigabyte 160 - it is the most recent installation of the family of the Playstation 3 and should release around the holiday season this year. It will have capacity 2, USB and Wi - Fi, to go with the monster size hard disk. One can only assume that there is some serious upgrades to justify the production of this console.

PlayStation fans will not be disappointed with this console. In addition to the internet, the blu - ray and disk drives hard internal become connected with the capacity of controller wireless which is standard on all models.
