Sony PS Move Release Will Delay PlayStation 4

The Sony PlayStation Move device has recently been given a confirmed release date of Fall 2010. Following in 'Nintendo like' footsteps the PS Move device unlocks further potential within the popular PlayStation 3 console and never before has gamer been so involved in the actual on screen gameplay.

The official announcement regarding the PS Move has without doubt pleased gamers, and the reality of the release is that any PlayStation 4 Console has now been pushed back by several years. The PS Move is a revolutionary device and effectively gives the whole PlayStation 3 product a relaunch.

The PlayStation Move essentially creates a whole new era for the PlayStation 3 console and really demonstrates how much uncapped potential was (and perhaps still is) left in the PS3. With that thought in mind, it only seems right that any Sony PS4 console will be many years in the making yet, perhaps as far into the future as 2015.

This prediction will no doubt please many gamers who have criticized recent speculation regarding a new Sony console within the next few years. Many gamers were left bemused at the thought of paying up to $400 for a system, only to see it outdated by its successor within 5 years. And lets face it - with the economic climate the way it is right now, Sony really need to think about affordability before they decide to take the leap with a brand new console, as if it's not cheap enough to produce and distribute a large core of their target market will simply be out priced.
