Although the latest version of the PlayStation is now out on the market, many people still use PlayStation 2. My brother is one of these people, and has recently started asking me to look at Playstation 2 accessories online. He has gone for a cable to extend the length between his gaming device and his controller. Apparently, these are very hard to find, as I have yet to find what he seeks everywhere except on eBay. He does not want to buy from eBay, so I guess to keep searching.
What I did, my Christmas shopping, I went hunting for the PlayStation 2 accessories to see if I could give him the wire as a gift. I went to no less than ten different shops selling Playstation 2 accessories and nobody seemed to know what I was talking about. Some shops seem to have an idea for what I wanted, but none of them had any in stock. I know how hard the new Playstation is to get, so that is why I am baffled as to why it is so difficult to find this particular line. I would think there would still be people who want one.
After my fruitless searching for the PlayStation 2 accessories I decided that I would go home and turn back online. I searched for at least half an hour, and could not find what I was looking for. Perhaps there is a correct name for this accessory and have no idea what it is. It seems that although other Playstation 2 accessories are easy to find, no one in the universe has this line. I know he will call me soon to ask me to order it, and I have no idea where I would get.
Some of the shops told me to come back after the holidays. They said, sometimes their Playstation 2 accessories sell before Christmas, and they don't get a new shipment until mid-January. Although I would really like to find this cord to my brother, I do not want to waste another day fruitlessly searching Playstation 2 accessories. I might just have to take some time to call around to see if anyone has them yet. If they don't, I guess my brother is on its own.
